At age 13, Dave used to assist his father on exterminations. The business appealed to him, and Dave decided to buy a partnership in his dad's firm. He helped operate the business for several years, even after his dad sold his shares to Rose Pest Control. After twenty years with Rose, Dave decided to set up his own shop. Today, Dave owns and operates Pro-Tech Pest Control.

Dave Barton is licensed and certified in the state of Nevada for all commercial & residential applications of pesticides, including fumigation. Many of Dave Barton's customers have followed Dave throughout his professional career.

Dave's philosophy is to provide pest management that is tailored to the needs of his individual clients.

"We try to get away from squirting baseboards", he said. " Instead, we have an Integrated Pest Management Program to better serve our customers.
